Contractor Recommendations: Connecting you with professionals for succession planning, strategic planning, grant writing, HR, and marketing. On/Offboarding Processes: Developing effective on/offboarding processes and corrective action plans. Technical Assistance: Available via phone consultations, in-person meetings, group training sessions, and more. Digital Organization: Organizing digital files and documents for better management. Tailored Curriculum: Our Technical Assistance Program offers a structured approach covering marketing, finance, contracting, operations, and system development. Reporting: We provide comprehensive reports, including a learning manual with all training materials, progress updates, and lessons learned. Regular meetings with your executive team ensure alignment with your goals. Service Details: Location: Services are both in-person and remote, with access to necessary staff and disclosed information. Hours: Regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Commitment: Up to 20 hours of technical assistance per week for approximately 12 weeks. Compensation: Our retainer package is $22,000 for 12 weeks, payable in bi-weekly installments. The initial $4,000 is due upon contract signing, followed by $3,000 after 14 days, and subsequent bi-weekly payments until completion. Payment options include checks and debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee).
